Title: Hidden
Audrey’s first self-made animation is called Hidden. It tells the story of a girl with cracks on her face. Every day, she puts on makeup before going out, trying to cover up the flaws. But no matter how hard she tries, the cracks remain visible, and everyone laughs at her. She feels deeply hurt and often cries in pain.
One day, while putting on makeup, she notices the cracks are getting bigger. Eventually, her entire face begins to peel off. To her surprise, underneath the peeling skin is a beautiful face. After the transformation, everyone starts to like her.
Although the animation is quite raw, the character’s inner emotions, the plot twist, and the underlying message are actually quite thought-provoking.
